Welcome to Change Therapies
Leading the way in emotional well-being.
Let’s face it, sometimes unexpected life events can leave you feeling overwhelmed and totally lost. Paradoxically these very same life events can be the catalyst needed to encourage an individual to grow and develop personally. During these difficult and challenging times more and more people turn to psychological or complementary interventions such as coaching. Even though we all need challenges in our lives in order to facilitate progress, some of those events can produce the opposite effect.
Certain types of distress can bring about symptoms such as anxiety and depression, for some people these feelings can become all-consuming and can leave the individual unable to function optimally. This whole process can be very scary and concerning for the individual as well as family members. Most people who have experienced these debilitating episodes will tell you that unless you have experienced this yourself you may not understand the depth of how it can make you feel.
