About Your Therapist
Anil Arora is UK trained Hypnotherapist and Coach, he set up his full-time practice in 1999 as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist in the Midlands region of England. Within a three-year period he and his business partner had built one of the most diverse and successful healthcare centers in the Midlands with a total of 15 therapists practicing from one location.
Anil’s full-time practice was flourishing with clients coming from all over the UK. Some of the most common issues that clients presented were anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, grief and a range of different phobias.
In 2013 Anil sold his practice and his share of the health centre and moved to the Middle East with his wife and daughter.
Before moving to the UAE in 2016 Anil lived in Qatar where he was seeing expat clients who were struggling with the challenges of living away from their family. Most of his work involved working with couples who were in relational distress and didn’t know how to re-connect their relationship.
Over the last four years Anil has been seeing more and more couples and individuals who are seeking answers to their relational distress. Couples can easily find themselves stuck or in a gridlock and are unable to find a way round it. This causes deep wounds that can scar and be very painful if not worked through.
Anil’s approach
First and foremost, Anil’s role is to assist you to find a way forward, to help you make sense of the distress you may be under. Every client is unique which means each intervention is uniquely crafted to meet the client’s needs. Every client is treated with compassion and empathy and respect.
Complementary therapy should be a positive experience, but at the same time challenging. Without challenges, change is more difficult. Anil like’s to explain the process so you understand it without using jargon and complicated paperwork. At the same time, it will require all parties to work at achieving emotional wellness.
Anil’s aim
One of Anil’s aims as is to help the client to eventually become their own healer, to teach them what they need to continue without his intervention. In essence, we all have the resources within ourselves to reach our potential. Sometimes, we just need someone to assist us to bring that into fruition.
If you are looking for a dynamic individual with years of international experience that has trained in many schools of thought including and has a tool-box of many interventions then please contact Anil on +971 585 501 968.
